- The above rates are charged per day (for 2 people at studios, 3 people at 1-bedroom apartment, 4 people at 2-bedrooms apartment, 6 people at 3-bedrooms apartment and 4 people at the suite )

The air-conditioning is additionally charged with 6 euros per unit and 10 euros per 2 units.

The extra bed is additionally charged with 4 euros per day for children of 2 up to 10 years old and with 8 euros for people older than 11 years old.

Breakfast is offered, with an extra charge of 6 euros per person per day.
Our services including:
- Cleaning and changing of the linens (sheets, towels, etc.) two times per week.
- The maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden.
